Chef Marcel V. Huatulco — Restaurant in Oaxaca

This is the best kept secret in Hualtulco. Not advertised as it is really not a normal restaurant per se, but instead it is service supplied solely to the wealthy condo owners. But… if you are in-the-know, and know where the gate is and how to get to the restaurant, they will gladly serve you.

And I’m pretty sure the chef is a retired Michelin chef from France. As this is a French brunch restaurant, you can be sure ANYTHING you order is going to be beyond just good.

Always get the breakfast package whatever you order.

Just don’t tell everyone.. this is my secret little restaurant and as I live permanently in Oaxaca I come here frequently and we enjoy the low traffic. It’s gives it another little plus, like a small chic 2-star Michelin restaurant.
