This restaurant was suggested to us by a local resident, but turned out to be a buffet restaurant specializing on tourist buses. Not my favorite restaurant style, but we were hungry, so we ate there. The place, to be honest, was quite good!||||They had ~12 stews and "guisados," plus fresh-grilled meat, quesadillas made while you waited, and a nice selection fo salads and fruits. The service was firstrate, with the wait-staff looking after our every need ... of course, by the end of the meal, five tourist buses arrived, and the attention was necessarily less individual. But the staff was great...||||The only drawbacks that we noticed were that the meat grill was not terribly efficient. The woman cooking there was undercooking most of the meat, and then was a bit stingy with portions. It was good, though ...||||In sum, Mitla does not have a huge set of restaurants from which to choose, and this is not a bad option, particularly if you are hungry...

I gave them all the information and the tour operator said that they would fix the mistake. But they didn't. I never got a credit on my credit card, and when I disputed the charge they refused to give a credit, since I had signed the credit card slip. Of course I am very disappointed with this restaurant. If you go there as part of a tour, watch out! Check your...
