From the starters to the dessert, everything was perfect. This was an incredibly exquisite experience that hasn’t been matched by any other restaurant before. For the starters, we had gotten Fried Oysters and a Foie Gras. The Fried Oysters were top-tier, crunchy on the outside, juicy on the inside. The Foie Gras was served with a thin wafer, which put together made an amazing combination. However, as I am not a Foie Gras “type of guy”, I don’t think I have any right to decide whether it was good or not. The main course was short rib braised with coffee foam with potatoes and brussel sprouts with some sort of delicious sauce (in image below). The combinations were perfect and the short rib with the coffee foam went well together. This is it and it was the best experience I’ve had.

Their French wine selection was also great. We had three courses paired with a tasty extra dry French Syrah. You get a welcome dish as well as a basket of bread and three kinds of butter. Éclair was one of the best one.
