From the starters to the dessert, everything was perfect. This was an incredibly exquisite experience that hasn’t been matched by any other restaurant before. For the starters, we had gotten Fried Oysters and a Foie Gras. The Fried Oysters were top-tier, crunchy on the outside, juicy on the inside. The Foie Gras was served with a thin wafer, which put together made an amazing combination. However, as I am not a Foie Gras “type of guy”, I don’t think I have any right to decide whether it was good or not.
