Pozoleria Castillo — Restaurant in Playa del Carmen

Let it be known to management, we came across town specifically to enjoy hot soup in air conditioning, and I want to thank you for providing that comfort. You're one of the few restaurants in Playa del Carmen that keeps the AC running, and it’s especially appreciated when trying to enjoy a hot bowl of soup.

My wife wanted pozole before we left PDC, and while it’s not usually my thing, I ended up cleaning my bowl. She had the rojo, I had the verde, both were packed with flavor, generous portions of meat, and fresh accoutrements that we devoured.

Un servicio pésimo, durante casi una hora que estuvimos en el lugar 25 fue de espera, hay que pedirles a los meseros nos dieran el servicio de los pozoles completo, el chicharron que sirven esta todo aguado la lechuga y los rábanos quemados de color amarillo ya vieja la verdura, el sabor del pozole y de la panza lo mismo, para un buen conocedor de pozole es pésimo el sabor que ofrecen de ambos platillos, y ni de diga las tostadas de pata.....nada que ver como deberían de ser e insipidas. Y para cerrar con broche de oro te dan los refrescos calientes totalmente una terrible decepcion. OBVIAMENTE NO LO RECOMIENDO NO COMÍ NI LA MITAD DEL PLATO DE POZOLE PÉSIMO DESDE EL SERVICIO HASTA EL SABOR DE LA COMIDA. DEJO TICKET DEL CONSUMO PARA QUE VEAN QUE NO ES UN COMENTARIO SIN SUSTENTO.
