Juicebox W — Restaurant in Puebla

They overcharged my credit card twice and refused to refund it back to my credit after many lies. I have reported them and have taken legal actions. I don’t care if the process will take years as I don’t care about the money but want to let everyone know how untrustworthy JuiceBox is. They will pay it back differently for being dishonest. I know they hide bad reviews and even hide their FB page but I will continue sharing it to many local and expat FB groups to advise people not to go to JuiceBox.

Edit: they responded that they have already canceled the transaction, which is a lie again and again. My bank already told me that we don’t have to take any actions, neither has Clip made the refund to me and I have the written proof from Clip saying that JuiceBox was too late to contact them for a refund which must be done within two days. They are simply lazy in solving the problem and prefer to bother me for contacting my bank or go to the bank to receive less money from them. They didn’t even offer a free drink for all the troubles but instead refund less money to me and says “it’s only $0.50!”. They have no clue what customer service is nor feel sorry for their mistake. Juicebox still insists to lie and blame the problem to me as everything must be convenient for them. Please avoid them...

How dare they to EXPECT a tip for their SLOW service, in fact they are lucky not to receive a complaint that it took them almost 45min to prepare two simple breakfasts! The service was POOR and SUPER SLOW yet they expect a tip - such a joke. When they didn’t get the tip that they don’t deserve in the first place, they decided to charge twice on the card and refuse to pay back.
