Incredible Atlixco. Very cute place, comfortable tables, and not overly theme-y.
The tortillas are very good. This is notable, because most "hand made" tortillas are just maseca these days, no different than low quality factory tortillas. It's not hands that make great tortillas, it's good masa.
The enchiladas are "de aire" (unfilled). Instead, they're topped. Get the green, super spicy, excellent. You can ask for them filled if you want, but they're pretty great as they are.
If it's the weekend, get the mole. Deep and rich, and distinctive. It doesn't taste like every other mole in Puebla.
No alcohol on the menu, so an orange-ade (naranjada) did tge trick. Ask for mineral if you want it less sweet.
