Starbucks Explanada Puebla — Restaurant in Puebla

I gave so many chances. Because I love Starbucks in general! But every now and then service just cannot get worse! 🫠

This is just SAD! Because personally I cannot understand why it’s so complicated to make a proper order!

Today I ordered just a coffee (we do not order food here anymore because of bad service in the past) — so my order was simple!

But I did not receive what I ordered. And when barista (I seriously doubt I can call this guy barista) made my drink — that was impossible to drink 🫠☕️

La ventaja de que sea una franquicia, es que se cuidan mucho los detalles, como toda franquicia y el cuidado especial que se maneja en todos sus componentes.

El lugar Amplio, cómodo, con mucho cuidado en mantener la distancia entre los comensales.

El personal Siempre atento y servicial, excelente servicio.

La variedad La ventaja en que sea una franquicia es que te encuentras lo mismo en todos los Starbucks, no importa donde esten.

Los precios Regresando al tema de que es una franquicia, la ventaja es de que los precios son homogéneos no importa a dónde vayas.

Me decpcione al entrar a este starbucks la cajera Carolina fue la imitacion de ser amable, nunca me saludo, no me pregunto mi nombre, me puso la orden para llevar cuando era para comedor. El encargado de calentar el sándwich todo el tiempo en el celular, y sin tener ánimos de trabajar. El alimento mal puesto en el plato y mal calentado. No me dio la salsa tuve que pararme por ella. La bebida (matcha) sin el toque del sabor a matcha, simple, insípida la bebida. Baño decente. Comedor sucio. No se escucha la música, se escucha más las risas y platicas de los empleados....
