One of the best experiences EVER. Our server Luis Enrique was fascinating, going above and beyond. When he noticed our stay at the hotel wasn't so pleasant he made it is sole purpose and personal Goal to turn our bad experience here around into a great one. He greeted us with a very kind heart and a very attentive service. We came in a large group so finding a place to all sit together at any restaurant was horrible. They were always booked or we where to many to accommodate. Luis noticed our frustration and spoke with his manager and booked us a table big enough to have us all. He brought out the Chefs (Eduardo and Gabriel) before and after each meal for us to meet . He did this the three nights we where there. I recently dined here, the Italian restaurant at oceans coral and torquesa, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The appetizers, including the Caprese Salad and Bruschetta, were fresh and flavorful, setting a high standard for the meal. The Seafood Linguine and Margherita Pizza for our main courses were cooked to perfection, with generous portions and rich, authentic flavors. It was quite sad, our expectations for this were high, considering we've paid around £40 extra for a mediocre Piont Grigio.

Service was below standard, had to top up my wine myself (this is sold to you as a 'high end' restaurant, so you'll understand what I mean if you go first, then read the reviews 😆)

Food was poor, starter, we got bread which was wet at the bottom, the olive oil is, how to put this, was toned towards sunflower oil, no traces or hints of olives.
