Café Santino — Restaurant in Querétaro

Good place to stay and talk. Very friendly and great variety of food. They have breakfast, lunch, and snack options. It is great to come here at any hour. I already order the veggie panini because it has fresh peppers and other ingredients that make it delicious and filling. Another thing that I ask for that probably other people may have not tried yet is the Taro drink. There is also flavor Matcha if you’re into Japanese foods. They can be ordered as frappe or hot. Either way, they are delicious. Sometimes however, they only have one waiter around and may take a while for your order to arrive or ask something that is missing. Now I think they have more staff since this has changed a bit. And if you were wondering, yes they have WiFi, just ask for the password.

Buen lugar, agradable ambiente, buena música. El internet trabaja bien. La comida rica, probé la tisana Frappe de frutos rojos y Jamaica y un pannini de pollo muy bueno. El lugar es limpio, las porciones son suficientes. El servicio es bueno si esta una chica que se llama Abigail; si no está ella el servicio deja mucho que desear. Tienen estacionamiento frente al lugar. Los baños limpios y con buen ambiente. Desafortunadamente les tuve que bajar la calificación por tres razones principales: uno, pedí unas claras de huevo, tienen un paquete de 86 pesos “huevos al gusto” peeeero por quitarle la yema a 2 huevos te cobran 15 pesos más, luego pedí un frappe... estaba muy concentrado y pedí más hielo, pero si tenían que hacerlo frappe me iban a cobrar extra. El servicio de una muchacha de pelo negro quedó mucho por desear. Realmente pudo ser uno de mis lugares preferidos. Por el servicio y el intento de abuso de querer cobrar hasta por respirar, dejo de recomendar este lugar. Ojalá que los dueños pongan orden y si los que me atendieron son los dueños pues un lugar que deberían cerrar con estas actitudes. El “típico” servicio Queretano, te sirven mal y de malas esperando regreses y consumas mucho con una muy mala actitud y enfoque en el cliente. Es realmente una pena. Cómo experiencia de usuario es muy mala. Por cierto, hay un niño pequeño corriendo y jugando en la cocina, no sé de la legislación queretana pero lo que si sé es que si el niño se accidenta por cualquier alimento caliente, cafetera o si llega cualquier supervisor de restaurantes eso les resulte en una multa o en un...

Was good place for chilling and do some study. Also good for meeting as well. And they selling amazing coffee and tasty waffle. I Really enjoyed. And I saw they selling brunch menu light one. I would love to come here again and try those food. Specially next place is Yoga studio. And after yoga or before yoga have some fresh drink from this cafe and join the class will be amazing.
