La Bartolina Food Park — Restaurant in Querétaro

We are from Austin and have been coming to Tequisquiapan for 12 years. So excited about this food park!!! Super nice facility and so far the food has been consistently very good. It's so nice to have an option other than the Centro. The margaritas on the rocks, shaken are delicious! Please go!

Post pandemic: we are vaccinated and have finally returned to this beloved little town. Our first stop after the long drive down was La Bartolina for a relaxing, delicious and atmospheric dinner. The drinks remain consistently good. Our friend ordered a Negroni and said it was perfect, delicious. The landscaping is becoming more and more established. This is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a meal, there's something for everyone.

2024: Unfortunately La Bartolina is losing traction. There are not enough food vendors to offer a variety of foods and the food on offer is subpar. Sadly, we have stopped frequenting this place with so much potential. Perhaps they stopped adding food vendors for fear that there might not be enough orders to go around yet, as a consequence, this has been their downfall. The music they play is also not a favorite but the facility still has promise. Hopefully they can get it...

Al inicio todo pintaba bien, rápidamente nos asignaron mesa, la desinfectaron frente a nosotros y nos proporcionaron un código QR para descargar el menú. Luego de unos minutos regresaron a tomar nuestra orden, nos decidimos por dos hamburguesas de "Burguer Shop" y dos bebidas, una botella de agua natural y una limonada con agua mineral sin azúcar. Después de esto todo comenzó a empeorar, para cerca de 30 minutos para servirnos las hamburguesas en un lugar con menos de la mitad del aforo, y considerando que es un "food park" u que no todos piden hamburguesas, fue demasiado tiempo.

Transcurrida esa media hora solo nos habían llevado la botella de agua natural y unas papas gajo que habíamos pedido como entrada. Cuando nos llegaron las hamburguesas tuve que recordarle a los meseros de la limonada faltante, 40 minutos pasaron desde que la pedimos hasta que llegó a la mesa. Si, 40 minutos para que te sirvan una limonada, y lo peor, endulzada cuando se pidió sin endulzar.

Vamos a las hamburguesas, una supuestamente tenía guacamole de la casa, y que creen? Solamente era aguacate embarrado. De acuerdo, se puede tolerar, pero que te entreguen una hamburguesa con la carne quemada, eso ya es otro tema. De verdad, es una de las peores hamburguesas que he comido. Pensé en hablar con el cocinero encargado, pero que creen, estaba en una mesa bebiendo con los asistentes, ahí fue cuando entendí porque todo la hamburguesa estuvo pésima.

Siempre que voy a un lugar y algo no me parece, procuro hablar con los encargados pero al estar mi novia presente y seguramente el cocinero estaba ebrio, preferí evitar que mi novia pasará una mala noche.

Quizá regrese, pero definitivamente jamás pediré una hamburguesa de ese lugar nuevamente.

Les recimiendo busquen otras opciones, pude ver un choripan que sirvieron a otra mesa y sinceramente se veía...

Very nice place. We asked for cheese and bacon burgers, however they are like 20 different businesses with lots of options in the menu, besides a great bar. Anyway the burgers were great with a nice beer aside. If you visit Tequisquiapan you mist try this place. Oh! Btw...
