Rebel Wings — Restaurant in Querétaro

Visited couple of weeks ago. Food and waiting service was fine, waiters are polite and nice. Problem was at payout. Payment from one person of our group didnt reflect on the restaurants side. It did reflect on our bank's app, but cashier and manager insisted it didnt on theirs. They also wanted us to pay that same amount again insisting the money would be returned to us, given that according to them, its a recurring issue. They refused to reprint the ticket to check again. Had to have the police involved. After lots of arguing and manager turning pretty red, the officer showed him they overlooked the payment on their own ticket. The money indeed wasnt "returned to us" by the bank, so if we had complied, we would've been robbed. Its particularly troubling that the manager said its a recurring issue and that they said (probably to shame us for being poor or something) that other customers had no issue paying again. Its troubling because either theyre AMAZINGLY incompetent at their jobs or the cashier (who was just as involved in the discussion) and the manager are scamming people. Either way, its also a ridiculous policy that if the owner has recurring problems with its bank, he still has their managers pay for any money lost. If you have funds to comply with their scam, then good, I guess they need it. Capitalism sucks. But if you're not willing to pay double for your food, avoid going there.

Ayer fui a cenar con toda mi familia a Rebel Wings y honestamente fue una experiencia bastante mala. Mis papás incluso amanecieron con dolor de estómago después de haber comido ahí.

La comida fue decepcionante. Las alitas de mango no tenían absolutamente nada de sabor. El hot dog "wawuiano" sabía terrible, como si la salchicha estuviera pasada. La hamburguesa "Revolution" se anunciaba con aderezo de chile chipotle y otros ingredientes, pero sabía solo a carne seca, sin ningún otro sabor. Y los boneless… estaban duros, secos y sin nada de sazón.

El servicio fue pésimo. Se tardaron mucho en traernos la comida, y hasta nos preguntaron dos veces qué habíamos pedido. Parecía que estaban completamente desorganizados. Además, el lugar estaba sucio y descuidado, lo que deja una muy mala impresión.

Lo peor es que desde afuera el lugar se ve llamativo, uno pensaría que va a ser una gran experiencia tanto por el aspecto como por la comida, pero al entrar todo cambia: es una completa decepción.

Esperaba mucho más. No pienso regresar, y sinceramente no...

de servicio le quitará la estrella y no le podrían nada. el personal super flojo. apaticos. es mas jamas me dijeron Buenas tardes aun que sea por educación ya ni por servicio.

La comida super fea alitas pobres. boness super feos quemados alitas quemadas.

Me pedi una tarro de michelada y sabía horrible el preparado tenia un olor feo y color feo. super horrible fueron los $790 pesos mas malgastados de mi vida entera Si pudes el combo de $189 jamas esperes que te vuelvan a preguntar si quieres mas. solo te sirven una vez y jamas se vuelven a parar ahi contigo.

Porque la mesera solo nos asia jeta y nunca iba cuando le hablaba para la cuenta.

ni se diga de los hotdogs super feos horribles.

recuerdo haber ido al local hace 3 años y super bien todo. por eso regrese. pero ahora todo mal servicio comida y lugar.

las mesas y sillas rotas mal limpiadas.

100000% un pollo asado en el mompani asi de feo el lugar.

Espero se ahorren su tiempo y dinero y digustos
