We had two meals here - one reasonably nice and one not great (camarones too well cooked and not fresh so quite rubbery). Two key things to note: they don’t include prices on the menu (so these vary by person and how western you look), and they only give you only a final total on the bill (not itemised) to try and avoid you spotting that the ‘free’ desert they gave you (without requesting it) is in fact then added as a charge to the bill. We ate here 3 days in a row. The whole (deep) fried fish was amazing, as was the camarones a la plancha and camarones empanizados. The tacos de camarón and the grilled fish were ok, but a bit bland.

Silvia was a super nice person when the service wasn't too busy and she had the time to chat. And the staff was also very nice.

It's a bit sad to me that the average rating for this restaurant is so low. I had the pleasure of going to this restaurant last week and found it to be one of the best in town. Silvia cooks from the heart and offers customers a fantastic local cuisine. Oddly, this was one of the only places where you could find fish. We ordered a whole fish and the fish tacos.
