If I could rate them a zero I would. I had never been so disappointed coming here ! The service was extremely disappointing not just by the server but the captain (shift manager) my food was brought out at different times cold and undercooked my salmon was raw gooey and slimy , my two ribeye were dripping blood out of my kids mouth when I asked for well done for my 7 yr old and med well for my 16 yr old the captain stated he had a solution he offered me two complimentary desserts ! I am in disbelief how can someone have dessert before having a meal ! So I said to him I don’t want dessert if I wanted some I will pay for it . Right now we want to eat what’s your solution to that he said I’m sorry that’s all I can say I’m not allowed to remake your food but I’ll gladly bring you the tab. Moral of the story is I wanted a raw steak or salmon if ask him Just bring to me raw instead I waited over 40 mins for my food that was still under cooked on a Monday evening ! He did explain to that he normally doesn’t expect many ppl on Mondays. I felt his explanation was just an excuse and it’s not justified! I explained to him I don’t dine in restaurants to get a free it’s because I am hungry and I am well aware of my children’s plate cost I order what we desire no matter the cost . Walking in to restaurant you’re prepared to pay the prince but for service like this it’s not okay in my book . My tab was over $3,400 pesos and we still...

If you're looking for a high-quality seafood restaurant with a fantastic atmosphere, Santo Mar is an excellent choice for both lunch and dinner. The menu features a variety of fresh seafood dishes, from ceviche and grilled fish to lobster and shrimp specialties. The flavors are outstanding, and the presentation is impeccable, making it well worth the price (expect to spend at least $500 MXN per person or more, depending on your order).

The location is ideal whether you're a local or a visitor, it's easily accessible and situated in a vibrant area, adding to the overall experience. The ambiance is exceptional, with stylish décor, comfortable seating, and a welcoming vibe that makes it perfect for dates, family gatherings, or business meals.

However, while the food and setting are top-notch, the service could be more attentive. At times, the staff seems understaffed or distracted, which can slow down the dining experience. A bit more training or additional personnel would elevate this place from great to outstanding.

Overall, if you prioritize delicious seafood and a superb atmosphere over lightning-fast service, Santo Mar is definitely worth a visit. Just be prepared for a leisurely meal and a higher...

The upscale service and food was a superb touch for my visit in early August of 2017. Attentive waiters with what seemed to be professional training. The food was both delectable and had an explosion of taste and exquisite variance. From sweet hints in the salad and sauce to strong ranch and cheesy soft and fluid flavor in the creme. I had a "Langosta Thermica", that's thermic lobster and I would recommend it as a good small dish with filling flavor with either a white wine or a moscato. The interior of the local was quite trendy as well busy. Somewhat noisy, but not too loud to inhibit good conversation. The lighting is low, but thanks to the open windows, somewhat calming. Was quiet around 3-330pm but became quite busy by 430pm. Recommend using a reservation for a table after 4pm. Overall the restaurant was a nice spot to have lunch or early dinner, with good seafood, great service, a calm atmosphere at an uspcale price (medium cost to high). On my visit in 2018 I have a great time with my companion as well the food was great the ran over octopus with risoto is still the grestest I ever tasted...
