Where is Pancho?. — Restaurant in San Miguel de Allende

Cute place, nice menu, very well done. Staff are very good and friendly. Probably some of the worst pizza i have had in a long time. Not only was it basicly without taste, it was very dry. Was presented to the table cool to very cool. Crust was made in house but precooked at an earlier time. The ingredients were put on the crust and put in an oven to heat up. Absolutely not a wood fired oven as they advertise. The pepperoni were pretty much as they come from the package, uncooked. Cheese was barely melted. I gave 2 stars for the place and the waiter. The pizza i would give no star. Price is inline with good quality pizza, this Certainly didn't qualify. Clearly Pancho, jaja, or the owner...

Where is Pancho is a small family pizzeria that decided to really live up to the idea of being artesanal. Tonight we ordered a Poeta pizza and an Allende pizza.

The vegetarian Poeta is a pear and caramelized onion pizza with goat cheese and a hint of red wine. I'm usually dubious of pizza with fruit but the sharpness of the goat cheese was so satisfying. The chile sauce worked best here.

My kids loved the more simple meaty Allende. It has hot dogs, bacon, jalapeño and pineapple.

I'm moving to the same street this place is on... So me and my buddy went in there for a beer on a very hot day.

There is a front bar area... Sofa.. High top tables.. Very very cozy with relaxed Bistro feel. Further in is the dining area... Nice water fountain. Very beautiful and relaxing.

The pizza was good. But the price is too high. 240mxn is too much in that location. Beer price was OK 🤪👌

If the prices were 30% less there would be lots more...
