Updated November 2023: I’m sad to say that something changed. I’m not sure if it was the expansion or change in ownership. The charm of coming out here is gone. It’s a little ways out and as you can read below from 2 years ago, it was worth it. There was less people, the staff although friendly lacked the liveliness of staff before. As soon as I saw the updated menu I knew something changed. Gone are the beautiful designed plates on which the right amount of portions were served. Fine, the portions are smaller. But the taste is now generic. There’s nothing new or experimental. Even the chips, cheese and salsa are like it was counted and measured to be less. You can for more sure but that’s the purpose of coming to a restaurant, to be served by an attentive staff. I used to eat here almost everyday when I visited but since this letdown i think it was the last. Thanks for the memories ✌🏽 5 stars for letting the chickens stay at least. ——————- Before 2023: Always perfect tasty authentic Mazatlán style breakfast. For our main course we had huevos rancheros, and huevos with nopales. The eggs were perfectly scrambled and the nopales were “al dente”, just as I asked for.

If this is actually the case, then why would the employees be unaware they don’t take U.S credit cards since most travelers use them? This issue caused us to miss our ride share, which in turn caused us to have a penalty fee charged against our card on file with the ride service. This was a very...
