Overall a great dining experience at this restaurant.
I had the grilled shrimp and it was heaven on a plate, absolutely delicious. I ordered an “Old fashioned” (bourbon cocktail) as well and it was perfect. The portion size and flavour was perfect. I DO NOT recommend trying the pizza here, it was just a lot of cheese on bread, everything else was very good.
The ambiance of the restaurant was nice, and the service was very good. The waiter speaks both english and spanish, very professional. Very satisfied.
The resaturant was not too noisy and the vibe was great. The pricing matches the portion and taste, definitely worth it

We had the dry aged Ribeye steak with extra Aspargus. Confusing was the way you have to describe how you like your steak. When you tell them „medium“ or „medium rare“ they tell you that the steak arrives on a hot plate and that you have to order it rear therefore. Makes sense but that should be transparent to the customer, just cook it as needed so that it arrives as the customer wishes. The steak was good but not amazing, especially considering the price. The waiters in general are quick and the atmosphere is nice. Unfortunately the waiter Victor Ivano told us that the tip of 300$ is less than 10%. Yes it is 8%, but still it is 300$. Lamentablemente, mi experiencia en este restaurante recién inaugurado en León, Guanajuato, fue decepcionante en varios aspectos clave. Aunque el concepto proviene de Mazatlán, donde su especialidad son los mariscos, este nuevo establecimiento aún deja mucho que desear en cuanto a calidad, servicio e infraestructura.
En primer lugar, la relación cantidad-calidad-precio es poco favorable. Ofrecen cortes de carne que resultan pequeños en proporción al costo, especialmente si se comparan con restaurantes consolidados en la ciudad como La Estancia Argentina o La Vaca Argentina, donde por un precio similar se obtiene un producto mucho más satisfactorio tanto en presentación como en sabor.
Otro punto crítico es la climatización del lugar. León se caracteriza por temperaturas elevadas, y durante mi visita el restaurante no contaba con un sistema de aire acondicionado adecuado. Únicamente estaban funcionando algunos ventiladores de techo, lo cual generó un ambiente incómodo que no invita a permanecer.
Además, la zona destinada a la preparación de ostras resulta inadecuada: se encuentra expuesta a temperaturas elevadas que no solo comprometen la calidad del producto, sino también las condiciones laborales de quienes ahí trabajan.
En cuanto al servicio, aunque hubo buena disposición por parte del personal, la ejecución fue deficiente. A pesar de haber informado en la reservación, a la hostess y posteriormente al capitán de meseros que acudíamos a celebrar un cumpleaños, el gesto que tuvieron fue limitado a entregar tres bombones, sin mayor atención ni detalle que resaltara la ocasión.
En resumen, este restaurante requiere importantes mejoras antes de poder estar a la altura de la competencia local. No lo recomendaría ni tengo intención...
