Bryan's Sports Bar — Restaurant in Sonora

Great food, great service, great ambiance, good parking. Originally gave it 4 stars because one Sunday there were not enough seats for football (wish there was a patio or 2nd floor!). Seems to be a pretty popular place for seniors on Sunday; not sure if there are specials that cause the popularity of this demographic at that time. We can always count on Bryan's for good food and drinks and nice cold a/c. Great clientele - always seem to find some good conversation at the bar.

December 2018 Updated and added the last star. Have been back here MANY times, and always great service and food. A+ and please don't ever get rid of it - FREE POPCORN! The service is always so friendly and the specials for food are really great (try the sliders!) One of the few places with some really legit desserts. The food and service were normal. I wouldn't say better than average though, and unless you want to be ripped off by there 16 pesos to 1 dollar exchange rate, I would suggest paying in pesos or eating somewhere else. THEY ONLY ACCEPT CASH, probably so they (Americans) can rip you off and avoid having to accept your banks own international exchange rate, which is likely somewhere closer to 21 pesos per dollar. If you don't know that math, you're losing approximately 24¢ per dollar. The current exchange rate is at 22.41...

For how packed this bar gets more chairs would be a good investment. All the Chairs missing from tables so you can stand at the tables but you can’t sit at them. Very very loud sports bar with retired professional coach’s from the NFL coaching their teams from the barstools…oh wait that was just regular people screaming and cussing at the TV.
