Buffalo Roadhouse — Restaurant in Sonora

Service was so poor that I refuse to go back ever, and will never suggest it to anyone. Ordered food and were told that they were out of wings... thats their main food, and they are out, evidently due to valentine's day... makes no sense. So I order ribs. 45 minutes after I place the order, I have to flag someone down to get my drinks because my waiter, evidently the manager, was nowhere to be found. 20 minutes after that he shows up again to tell me that they only have half a rack of ribs left. At this point I'm upset, but whatever. The rest of my party has already eaten their food, and are ready to leave. 10 minutes go by and I've heard nothing about my food, I find the manager and he tells me that he told me in the beginning that it was going to take a little longer, he didn't. La comida del lugar es excelente, que es lo principal, pizza, boneless, papas, dedos de queso, alitas, ensaladas, etc. El ambiente es muy agradable con la música que tienen y las pantallas transmitiendo juegos. El mayor inconveniente fue el servicio ya que al parecer no tienen personal suficiente, me sirvieron la bebida ya casi al terminar de comer y el mesero tardó en tomarnos la orden tanto que hasta tuvimos que hablarle a alguien más. Nos tocó mesa afuera, donde tienen calentadores pero cuando llegó una pareja a la otra mesa nos alejaron el que estaba con nosotros sin siquiera preguntarnos.

No nos tomaron la temperatura al llegar en la parte de afuera hasta que nos metimos al área cubierta, no hay control de acceso ya que las mesas estaban muy juntas sin guardar distancia prudente y el lugar estaba algo saturado de gente. En otra ocasión que había asistido no tuvimos problema alguno pero estaba vez les falló bastante gacho el servicio, no le doy 2 estrellas por que supongo (espero) que haya sido un hecho aislado por la cantidad de agente que había, espero que atiendan esos detalles por que es un lugar como pocos en la ciudad y que me...
