McDonald's — Restaurant in Sonora

The worst customer service! Completely dysfunctional. The cashier wasn't trained properly and was unaware of several menu iteams. The cook (a man) had the worst attitude tossing food around as if it was food he was going to feed a stray dog. The manager (a women) was unprofessional and rude. They had ZERO drinks to offer. No fountain drinks, no juices, no coffee, no bottled anything! I complained to the manager and she was unapologetic, seemed to not care at all that I was unsatisfied with their lack of professionalism, lack of organization skills and lack of products. Worst McDonald's of the beautiful country of Mexico. This store puts McDonald's to SHAME! My visit was on January 1st 2017 @ 8:35pm.

I haven't been to a McDonald's in 4 years. There's none in Puerto Penasco where I live currently. Currently traveling through Guaymas and went here for breakfast. What I do love very much is the music selection they play at this location. I love K-pop more than anything, and I especially enjoy eating ice cream while listening to my favorite songs.
