As of approximately 2 months ago, they claimed to no longer accept American bank cards for payments. As of about 6 months ago, the quality of management and service has gone downhill with most servers lacking proper attention and service to their customers, but expect a hefty tip? If you request to speak with whoever is in charge they'll give you the runaround telling you to call later when the supervisor or manager is not busy (if youre calling them), literally ignore you or act like they didn't hear you the first 3 times(in-person), or simply tell you they're sorry (but disregard any accountability or responsibility for the inconvenience THEY made towards the customer). If you're American, please, tread carefully. They food is still pretty good COMPARED to the rest of the similar food in the city. Also, take cash with you because they won't nor have a sign up stating that they don't accept "American banks." Weirdly odd as a business to do especially in the food industry, but hey, it's not my business. They'll tell you AFTER you've finished your food. Food came for some people in our table, but my husband and I didn't get the food after more than an hour later. We had to remind our server about it, even the desert came first for some other people. At the end we ordered to go, since we didn't want the rest of the party to stay there just for us. I reached out to one of the supervisors and he explained how their internal process to set up orders works, which was not what I was asking..he tried to blame us on ordering some dishes first and then adding more later. When I replied that even desert came faster, his reply was, oh yes? I see. There is a problem.... Read moreLleganos al lugar a las 3:30 pm. Nos tomaron la orden, 4:20 pm. Y aun no entregaban el pedido a mi esposa y a mi, pero a la mesa de alado que pidieron despues que nosotros y les entregaron el pedido completo y a nosostros simplemente el supuesto te, pero te no lo era, era polvo para preparar bebidas, no era lo que nos ofrecieron "te de limon" una experiencia totalmente desagradable....
Al entrar muy bien, la atencion en mesas por parte de la chica que nos atendiio muy bien el lugar muy limpio....
Deje una estrella porque es necesario hacerlo y es por la mesera y la verdad creo que para alcanzar solo una, hay que hacer mas y eso lo comento por el restaurant...
Creo que habra quien difiera de mi oopinion pero yo no soy de los que solo les gusta comer por comer hay detalles que se deben de cuidar, pero creo que mejoraran, pero para cuando eso suceda no sea demasiado tarde....
Y lo peor de todo fue cuando llego una mujer a estarnos gritando como para que todos los presentes se dieran cuenta del echo y todo paso de ser una mala atencion departe de los cocineros a una situacion vergonzosa y publica....
La verdad da mucho que desear la atenciion fuera de la mesera,...
