Qué Chévere Venezuelan Food is a must‑visit in Puerto Peñasco! I had the Cappresse arepa, filled with mozzarella, tomato, basil, and pesto, and the Chamita arepa, loaded with melted cheese, avocado, tomato, and corn—both were fresh, flavorful, and so satisfying. I also tried a veggie empanada, crispy tequeños (cheese sticks), white rice, and perfectly fried tostones. Everything tasted homemade and full of authentic Venezuelan flavor. To drink, I had their famous Malta Polar, a slightly sweet, non-alcoholic malt beverage that was rich, smooth, and refreshing.
