Restaurant El Túle — Restaurant in Sonora

Came to this place to have lunch around 2 PM, which in Mexico is normal for lunch time. This place doesn’t have a hostess. So you have to walk in there and guess whether to sit down o for someone to give youNo signs reading “seat yourself”. They were busy so we asked and we were told sit anywhere. We sat and no one came to take our order. We again had to ask someone to help us. When they finally did take our drink order, they asked what we wanted to eat. No menu no nothing. I asked for a menu and as we received it- we immediately placed our order as we hoped it wouldn’t take as long to receive as it did to get seated and get drinks. I took a picture of the menu and prices to share, as there are none obviously on the menu. 2 adults shared a combo meat skillet. 2 mixed drinks and a lemonade for $44. My and my friend Paulina went in expecting ok food, but we were extátic we ordered the combination parrillada for two. Had carne asada, carnitas and pork adobada, grilled onions and Chile jalapeño. Green salad, guacamole with chicharrones, a very hot salsa and tortillas both maíz and flour. Food was mouthwatering good and our server was great he even made us a second salsa not as hot. Place was suggested by a local and was disappointing. Loud music next to our table, terrible service, and while the food wasn't bad, it could have been alot better for the price IMO. You will do better simply getting food off a street vender. It will be better and for half the price.

For some odd reason, they couldn't figure out what a vodka and soda was, ended up getting a Coke and a halfshot of vodka. Asked for cheese with our meal and was told they didn't have any? Really? How you you possibly have serve Mexican food and not also have cheese somewhere in your kitchen?

Wouldn't recommend, won't go back.

El lugar fue sugerido por un local y fue decepcionante. Musica fuerte al lado de nuestra mesa, servicio terrible, y aunque la comida no estaba mal, podria haber sido mucho mejor por el precio en mi opinion. Lo mejor sera simplemente obtener comida de un vendedor callejero. Sera mejor y por la mitad del precio.

Por alguna extrana razon, no pudieron entender que era un vodka y un refresco, terminaron tomando una Coke y una mitad de vodka. Pidie queso con nuestra comida y me dijeron que no tenian ninguno. De Verdad? Como es posible que sirvas comida mexicana y no tengas queso en la cocina?
