Santo Filete — Restaurant in Sonora

This is a new place that serves Holiday inn express room service and also has a stand alone restaurant for the public. The ambiance is great with 3 flat screens and spacious seating. Along with bar with high chairs. The best is the service, the owner was eating at the same time I was and we both got as much attention. The staff is on top of things and they are professional and friendly.

The plates I only tasted one so far and saw a couple, all were for breakfast but my chilaquiles were excellent crunchy flavorful with chicken and salsa verde. You can request more red or green sauce if wanted.

We ate dinner twice and had a great experience. Service is outstanding and the food is top notch. the Guacamole is a must have. Si deseas visitar un restaurante para lucirte, este es el lugar. Pero si lo que buscas es comer bien bien hay más opciones. Tiene estacionamiento en el Hotel adjunto. Llegas y recibes la impresión de un lugar bien decorado y ambientado, buenas mesas, aire acondicionado, pantallas gigantes. La carta es amplia y seleccionamos la opción de parrilla para 4 personas, pero la sorpresa fue que NO TIENEN JARRAS DE LIMONADA, solo limonada en vaso. Preguntamos si se podía sustituir un ingrediente de la parrillada y nos dijeron que si (menos mal). La presentación en comal caliente, la carne nada extraordinario, incluye 2 tuétanos, papas sazonadas con mucho tomillo, una pieza entera de elote amarillo (para 4 personas), sin partir, lo dividimos como pudimos, tortillas de harina respetables.
