They ran out of pepperoni for an Italiano BMT. I asked if the could just substitute additional Salami instead of the pepperoni. They said no and refused to sell me the sandwich at all. Then the other day the girl put Ranch on my sandwich instead of Mayo. She caught it after applying it to half of my foot long so half of my sandwich was screwed up. She said nothing. Hoy estuvimos allí de paso por viaje y solicitamos órdenes para llevar. Además de que no tuvieron 2 de los 5 panes que ofrecen (de los más populares), el pan salió del horno tal cual como entró, sin tostarse y totalmente frío, y ni chance de regresarlo porque nos dimos cuenta en el camino.
