Domino's Las Torres — Restaurant in State of Mexico

I didn't know that this product, which was passed off as pizza, could even be called pizza! We visited this place for the first time and it was the last time, because we don't want to eat this anymore. We chose/ordered barbecue pizza, paid, but noticed that we were never given a RECEIPT for the payment. When we opened the box that they gave us, we saw what Domino's calls pizza. The dough is not for pizza at all, meat and some kind of soy cheese, a substitute for real products, and to create some kind of barbecue smell, they poured ketchup (sold in Chedraui with the smell of smoke)!!! Are you laughing at people or something?!?!?! And we also paid 260 pesos for this fake!! In Soriana, for example, you can buy an edible pizza with real products on it for 100 pesos! Conclusion: this was the first and last time we visited...

Well there was a woman there I asked her for a cheese pizza with only a few toppings she argued with me and said “what the hell do you want can I get this order done and also said I have better things to do than sit here". She also said those horrid words in front of my niece and my 4 year old daughter it was quite rude and I don't appreciate this her name is Stephanie...

Pedí una pizza chiken hawaian, nunca la hacen bien, les falta la salsa mango habanero y realmente solo por eso la pedí, todavía se tardan en entregarla y cuando llamo a la sucursal les comento mi inconformidad y muy a fuerza me dicen que me la mandan de nuevo ya con la salsa, les pregunto si le devuelvo la otra al repartidor y me dicen que no, que no hay problema puedo quedarmela también, y vuelven a tardarse, en fin, 2 horas para dos pizzas, y al final el chavo me dice que se la devuelva, le comento lo que me dijeron en sucursal y se pone muy grosero y déspota a decirme que por eso me traía la otra pizza, que se la tenía que devolver, y que ya no me iban a tomar pedidos nuevamente. De verdad, que mala atención, y que mal que no quieran respetar ni su garantía de 30 minutos, ni las soluciones que le dan a los clientes via telefónica ante una inconformidad. Van muy bien esos chavos de las torres, perdiendo muchos clientes por hacer mal su trabajo y atender al cliente con una mala actitud...
