When you get there it's likely there will be a long line waiting to get in, especially if it's lunch time. Don't worry, because the menu is limited, all the possible meal options are already cooked and ready, so the turnover for the line is pretty quick. Once you're seated you can choose between the options they have for the day for starting soup, then rice or spaghetti (go for the rice) and then a main dish. Dessert was fruit when I was there, I don't know if it's different other days. You get with your meal a huge pitcher of drinking water, flavored with real fruit. You can ask them to hold the ice on this water, it's up to you. For the main dish, the portions are vast, and best of all everything is well cooked and delicious. It shouldn't take too much for your order to get to your table. The waiters are forged in constant hecticness so they should be good and attentive as to when to take away your empty dishes and bring the next course of your meal. We had seen good reviews on google for this economic restaurant but it was extremely disappointing, even though it is easy to get to because it is in a famous plaza in Cuautitlán. The waiters were reasonably friendly, but overall, the service, in general, was awful. We waited 1 hour until someone noticed that we were waiting for a table because the place is extremely busy and when you finally enter the restaurant there was an unpleasant and extremely loud atmosphere. You must arrive early to have a table. However, the prices are reasonable, for the food we got, it could be better because it was overcooked and not fresh. Por ser el día de la madre, así estaba el lugar, hasta la madr... de gente, y tardamos en la fila una hora y 45 minutos, y ya que por fin nos tocó nuestro turno, todos amontonados en una mesita, eso sí, nos sirvieron en menos que canta un 🐓, tan rápido que nos amontonaron todos los platos y ahí nos ves, haciendo malabares para no endrogarnos si rompíamos la vajilla, Je,je,je,je,je... Aunque uno de mis hermanos me dice que el lugar siempre esta lleno, y que aunque la fila no es tán larga, siempre hay que esperar para que te toque turno. Al parecer, uno de los toques distintivos es que te ponen una charola con bolillos untados con mantequilla y calentados en horno o comal, a mi 👪 les encantan aunque a mi en lo personal no. De ahí en fuera la comida es común, no hay otro toque distintivo que lo haga sobresalir, y para casi 2 horas de espera,yo no volvería a ese lugar, para tal caso voy a alguna fonda que este cerca de mi domicilio y no pierdo medio día por un desayuno que apenas ronda...
