PLEASE READ, the food is ok and the place is nice but the customer service is terrible, since we got there, we where standing outside and I was on the phone and the guy that open the door as soon as we got in he tell us that why we took so long to get in and I was like hey is not any of your business bud, then I ask for the server to please not to put oil on my dish becaus is a raw dish, no need to cook it, because i have Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) and he was like no we can’t do that, I ask what’s the reason you can’t and he tells me the dumbest answer that because is not the same flavor, after arguing with him that is because I’m sick, I think I have a better chance with a wall to make it understand something, so I just let everyone eat, I was like I’m not coming back to this place after that the owner comes in, so I politely ask the owner what’s happening this is not normal, so the owner tells me what I consider the dumbest comment on earth, that if it’s because your on a diet they will not change it, only for health reasons, oh my god are you serious, what’s the difference, I’m paying the same cost or even they can charge me more if they like, terrible lunch I had there then the owner start arguing with my just stupid stuff like we can change the oil for another oil and just telling me stupid stuff, they don’t have any idea about food or ingredients, if your going to purchase a restaurant at least get the info on not to get sue, I promise I have never seen so much confusion in a face when I was trying to tell the owner what things have fat and why, I promise it was ridiculous, just stay away, if your allergic or anything just leave and save a lot of energy because at the end they will not understand they don’t have the ability for that also just to make it clear I’m an MD, it was impossible to make them understand a simple concept as protein, fat, carb, lol...... Just ridiculous, how can people with that knowledge open a restaurant, it must be super cheap to open a place here or the license must have a control, the government has to regulate this places because they can really harm your health if they are just playing in the kitchen, it was like seeing my little nephews cooking you need training, you guys need a certified chef and a really amazing insurance policy in case of a lawsuit, if bankruptcy don’t kills you sooner, now you know why your restaurant is...
Read moreOrdenamos a través de Uber Eats, la comida llegó en tiempo relativo, cuando abrimos los paquetes empezaron las sorpresas... la ensalada era una rebanada de pepino y una de jitomate, el arroz no era más allá de una cucharada sopera... el filete de pescado parecía suela de zapato y a la vez radiografía, eso sí con un buen de ajo pero muy falto de sabor. Read moreEl mejor restaurante de mariscos que conozco. La calidad de los productos es de primera y siempre fresco. El servicio es impecable gracias a una muy buena organización y constante mejoría. La decoración es adecuada y el lugar es amplio. Recomiendo la tostada de atún, de aguachile y unos camarones zarandeados. Si buscas otra opción, tienen variedad de pescados y pulpo zarandeados. Dense una vuelta. Llevo +3 años viniendo y la calidad del servicio y comida se mantiene excelente. ¡Felicidades!
