Mariscos el Zarandeadisimo — Restaurant in State of Mexico

This is an unassuming seafood Restaurant located on a main boulevard. But rest assured it's got the goods! We came here with my mother in law, who somehow has a connection to the wife here, so we got amazing service! I'm sure the service is still pretty good with the connection, as I saw the owner talking to other customers as well.

This is a Mariscos place, and a lot of the fish is listed as market price. We had a large party of 8 adult and 4 kids, so 10% tip was already added to the bill. The bill wasn't cheap, but it wasn't overly expensive.

I ended ordering Mojarra al mojo de Ajo ( fried tilapia with garlic), aguachile verde ($190 MXN = $11 USD), and a couple of beers ( there are also some craft beers). The portions are big enough to share because I was overly stuffed. With the 8 adults, we shared most of our food.

There's a happy vibe here and I would come back. Parking is private, which is rare here, so...

Es un lugar que como muchos otros en México, especialmente en el estado de México NO TIENE UN SAZÓN QUE LO DISTINGA O SOBRE SALGA EN ALGUNO DE LOS PLATILLOS, SON RECETAS COPIADAS Y MAL EJECUTADAS HASTA EN LO MAS SENCILLO COMO LO ES UNA SIMPLE "PESCADILLA" Insípida les llega gente pero por la misma razón que le llega clientela a la mayoría de los lugares de la zona NO HAY UNA VERDADERA OPCIÓN QUE DELEITE EL PALADAR Y LAS QUE LO SON ESTÁN EN OTRAS ZONAS DE LA CIUDAD O EN OTROS MUNICIPIOS Y POR ESO Y POR EL ALTO NIVEL DE GENTE QUERIENDO SALIR A CONSUMIR ES QUE LES LLEGA GENTE A LUGARES COMO ÉSTE Donde hipocritamente alguien te pregunta "¿te atendimos bien?" olvidando que UN BUEN RESTAURANTE Y UN RESTAURANTERO COMPROMETIDO CONSIGO MISMO, CON SU NEGOCIO LA CALIDAD DE SU PRODUCTO Y SU CLIENTELA SABE QUE DEBEN IR DE LA MANO EL BUEN SERVICIO Y EL EXCELENTE RICO Y SABROSO SAZÓN,.. Fui con mi familia pedimos varios platillos,los cuales estuvieron muy ricos , el pescado zarandeado delicioso, los camarones zarandeados también el pulpo zarandeado estaba un poco chicloso, la mojarra estaba muy frita y todo bien hasta que llegó la cuenta, los precios se me hicieron extremadamente altos de los platillos zarandeados ya que no tenían precio ya que el precio era según el tamaño, del Pescado y como los precios de los palillos de la carta están bien, el agua un precio razonable el filete, lo demás un precio razonable nunca pensamos que fueran tan elevados los otros fueron $600 por el Filete zarandeado lo cual se me hace un poco elevado el costo ósea si estaba bueno pero $600 peso no estaba tan grande para que costará eso , la mojarra $500 traía camarones cosa que no dice en el menú, el pulpo $400 y los camarones $200 estos últimos si estoy de acuerdo con el costos. El lugar y la ubicación están bien pero no justifican el costo tan elevado
