We all know McDonald's quality and flavor. This one is no exception, it sticks to the world recognized McDonald's standards and delivers exactly what you would expect from any other. I have visited this McDonal's for the last 5 years at very different times during the day, and it usually works pretty fast, but on certain times of the day, it becomes very crowded and wait times can take up to 20 minutes, and it becomes annoying. The place is nice, it has a cozy atmosphere and there is a lady who is constantly cleaning all the tables. They have a nice display showing all the seasonal toys. And surprise, surprise: they always have ice cream!! If you are in Interlomas and need a quick, tasty, quality meal, this is your place.

El día de hoy compre una serie de hamburguesas para compartir en familia, cuando recibí mi pedido revise rápidamente y pude observar que todas las hamburguesas estaban encimadas, me acerque para informar que mi pedido estaba incorrecto por que faltaban hamburguesas, me recibieron la bolsa y me dijeron su pedido esta completo, con confianza lo recibí y al llegar a casa observe que efectivamente faltaban 2 hamburguesas, no pido que me regresen el efectivo o las hamburguesas pero considero que esta gran empresa tiene cierta confianza de su cliente final y que este tipo de acciones no deben suceder.

Ayer disfruté de una excelente experiencia en el McDonald's Paseo de la Herradura, donde fui a desayunar. Desde el momento en que llegué, el equipo me atendió con mucha amabilidad y profesionalismo. La elección de los pedidos fue una tarea sencilla gracias a la disposición de los chicos, quienes me guiaron en todo momento y estuvieron atentos a mis preferencias.

El lugar estaba impecable, bien limpio, y me dio una sensación de comodidad. Noté que siempre están limpiando, incluso los baños, lo que demuestra su compromiso con la higiene y el bienestar de los clientes.

Después de haber ordenado mi desayuno, en un momento necesité leche, y uno de los muchachos se acercó con una sonrisa para traérmela de inmediato. Su amabilidad fue notable. Incluso cuando terminé de desayunar, una empleada se acercó para ofrecerme más café, lo que reafirmó la atención tan cuidadosa que tienen hacia los clientes.

En resumen, mi desayuno en McDonald's fue muy satisfactorio gracias al buen trato recibido y a las excelentes condiciones del lugar, y definitivamente volveré a disfrutar de otro desayuno ahí...

It was really time to renovate this McDonalds. Now its looks great, new and modern. Finally you can order there on Displays and not only at the counter. Only thing that im not happy with its their new parking system. You need get a ticket when entering and have only 20min free parking before you need to pay for it, even as a guest in...
