This is an amazing restaurant! Alfredo, the owner, personally walked my husband and I through the menu with suggestions. We tried the tortilla soup, the sopa de aba and they were both excellent. My husband had a mole dish which was INCREDIBLE, like a symphony of flavors. We also had blue corn tortillas and a type of bread made with blue corn, both are made fresh at the restaurant. The food was marginal. The waiter told us the food was individually prepared and it would be a bit of a wait. We figured fine since the food would be freshly cooked. However it came in less than 10 minutes. The chicken and steak were overcooked. Certainly not freshly prepared. Most likely cooked earlier and then reheated. Was taken here after our hot air balloon experience (by the group Flying Pictures), and honestly: my partner and I were pleasantly surprised! They had an omelette station, pancakes, sandwiches, frutas, yogurt etc.

A really great buffet selection (usually these included breakfasts are lame), with coffee, tea and pastries.
