We got there at 4pm very hungry. We looked at their menu, and it was about 150-200 pesos per meal, or about 250 pesos per 'combo', which included a soup, an entrée, and dessert. Kids combos were about 110 pesos. Very pricey for Mexican standards, but I figured you pay for the location, so fine. We ordered 3 combos, 2 kids combos, and one entrée. They took forever to bring the food, they brought dessert before the entrée, they offered to switch items from the combos to later (40mins later !) say that they would have to charge more for the items, which we said fine, and then later (about 1 hour by now ) they came back to say that they could not switch items anymore! We were really hungry by then, so we took whatever. The food came without the standard lime, cheese, etc. It took a lot of prompting to get all the ingredients. Finally, 2 hours later (6pm, they had already closed the site) I had to look for them to pay the bill, and was overcharged one dessert, had to protest and they called the waiter who took responsibility and said he would pay the overcharged dessert. The food we got was really good and the server was nice but they were out of almost everything in the menu, and they didnât warn us when we arrived, even then after one drink, one main and one dessert seemingly available they were out of ingredients to make another one, and since we were 5 people (3 kids) it just felt so terrible that only one got something.
It was not even late, just before noon. They said itâs because it was a week day, that they have all ingredients on the weekend, but well, I believe if youâre are an open restaurant maybe have some ingredients to prepare some foods/drinks. Great food,...
