The food is quite decent; although my Caesar salad was just a bowl full of lettuce, croutons, and sauce, and not the traditional kind, it was still good. My companions got the grilled cheese and English sandwich respectively, which they raved about.
The star of the night was definitely the bread.
The servers where all very attentive, helpful, and polite. I’m very pleased on that front.
What earns this place a 3 star though, was the blasé attitude of the owners. They were having a family dinner, which is perfectly fine — except their young kids where running savagely around the place unchecked. This is a family restaurant, so we tried not to mind the running and bumping around, and the shrieking, but I almost got a soccer ball to the face before the father finally kinda told them to take it outside. Once; then he went back to staring at his phone.
This might have been a one off, but it definitely made our experience quite sour.

Una joya total en Valle de Bravo. Solar es de esos lugares que te sorprenden desde que llegas. El recibimiento es cálido, amable y súper bien organizado. El equipo está atento desde el primer momento, y el ambiente es relajado pero muy bien cuidado.
La comida es simplemente espectacular. Todo lo que probamos —desde los desayunos hasta los jugos naturales— tenía un sabor auténtico, fresco y perfectamente balanceado. Se nota la calidad de los ingredientes y el cariño con el que está hecho cada platillo. Es difícil elegir un favorito… ¡todo estaba delicioso!
El espacio es amplio, con una decoración encantadora, llena de detalles que lo hacen acogedor pero con estilo. La zona Pet Friendly está perfectamente adaptada: nos recibieron con agua fresca para nuestra perrita, y todos fueron súper atentos. ¡Da gusto ir a un lugar donde las mascotas también son bienvenidas de verdad!
Además, tienen un área para niños increíblemente bien pensada: segura, limpia, divertida y con personal atento. Esto hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más disfrutable para nosotros como papás.
