We found this restaurant on our way to visit Cenote Hubiku, which is quite close by. It’s located on the main road, so you won’t get lost looking for it. The restaurant is large and airy, with a beautifully rustic grass thatch roof. There’s even a pool next to the seating, but I didn’t see anyone using it. The menu is in Spanish and English, so if you can’t read or speak Spanish, you can still enjoy a meal here. We were here for lunch, but they also have breakfast on the menu. Be aware that they close at 7pm every night. There is a pool, not sure when it is open but I believe the locals go there for a swim and dinner with the whole family. Credit cards are accepted. The menu is extensive and the prices are reasonable, especially for the beer and cocktails if that's your thing. Limited options for vegetarians, as the local specialty is their smoked meat. Very friendly service, our server spoke fluent English. The food was great and the atmosphere is so relaxed and welcoming. Very clean place. We ate here twice during our 5 day stay...

He cleaned like 3 tables, took one order and brought food to one table all before giving us a check after we asked. We made Ek Balam with only 5 mins to spare. Aside from that, I would still...
