We were happy with the beautiful location but that was all. We waited over 2 1/2 hours to be served because they served our food to other guests by accident. The food was much more expensive on the lunch menu than the dinner menu we researched online prior to going. Lastly, although we tipped our server 50 pesos, who was responsible for our long wait, this server had the nerve to chase us down as we were leaving and ask for more! This left a bad taste in our mouth after our generosity when receiving such bad service. Go to Eladio’s in Progreso instead where the food is exceptional, the same price, excellent service and magnificent beach front location. Here, we were unknowingly charged “beach club” fees when we never used the tiny pool nor the beach....

This was a wreck. The host picked us up at the port. We were taken on a tour of the area. Everything was going good. We happened to drive through a very impoverished area. When we arrived at the location it was an old restaurant with a few tables and chairs on the side. This was a sad excuse for a beach. The driver and other hosts were super friendly. When we decided we wanted to leave our driver/waiter tried to fleece me for a tip for the entire staff 😩😩😩😩😩.
