Hatiko Sushi — Restaurant in Botanica Sector

I ordered several days ago from HATIKO via Straus delivery 2 vegan pizzas and 2 pieces of nigiri sushi. I was unhappy with the quality of the pizza and the sushi at that time.

Extremely disappointed in the attitude of the Hatiko Sushi stuff in managing their orders. Placed an order at 17:21 and was told that the order will arrive in 1h to 1h 40 minutes the maximum however, the order was delivered 30 minutes past the maximum time of delivery. Здравствуйте, я у вас не в первый раз заказываю суши, и зная о том что у вас все всегда на уровне и свежее, решила в свой день рождения угостить гостей хорошими суши, о чем сильно пожалела! Заказала 2 сэета, один из них был не свежие, по рису чувствуется что он твердый, будто суши были за ранее приготовленные и хранились в холодильнике ! От этого соответственно они утеряли свой вкус и внешний вид! По поводу второго сэта- хочется материться! Суши канада, нде вместо угря одна шкуруа сверху а внутри в место нормальной красной рыбы были кусочки с жилками и темным мячом со шкуры которое в принципе не должно быть в этих ролах!!! Я очень разочарована! Позванивала вам по номеру с свйта, девушка сказала что передаст информацию вашему администратору и мне перезвонят с каким то решением! До сих пор никто не перезвонил мне!
