McDonald's Ciocana — Restaurant in Ciocana Sector

This is the newest McDonald's location in Chișinau. I am glad that there are self check-outs, so it's a guarantee for tourists that they'll agree to make your food as they don't know who's ordering.

There was a man outside who's working here that kept on staring at me way before I entered and while I was in McDonald's, as if it's so unusual to see a tourist around.

They forgot the requested sugars that I've ordered, but quickly added it when I returned to the counter, inquiring.

Instead of my sandwich having two thin layers of tartar sauce (I paid extra), I had a huge scoop of tartar sauce on one side, which was falling out of my sandwich and made a mess.

Other than these, I'm glad that there's a place that's opened early in the morning because the restaurants around here open at 10AM.

It's the second cheapest place to eat in Ciocana, Chisinau, but one of the first two to open in...

Зашла в McDonald’s — а вышла с чувством, будто попала не в легендарный фастфуд, а в лотерею: что дадут, тому и радуйся. Обслуживание — честно, ни в какие рамки. Персонал не понимает ни на русском, ни на английском. Ни улыбки, ни простого “извините” — тишина. Как будто с людьми не работают, а просто товар перебрасывают.

Заказ приняли — и, внимание, не предупредили, что половины нет в наличии. Капучино? Забудьте. Вместо него молча налили американо, как будто это одно и то же. Претензия — а в ответ пустой взгляд.

А теперь вишенка на чизбургер: работают без перчаток. Гигиена? Не слышали.

Бренд мирового масштаба, а стандарты — как будто с соседнего киоска. Обидно, потому что мы все выросли на этих вкусах. Но такое отношение просто нивелирует всё волшебство прошлого.

Сейчас это не про еду, не про комфорт — это про терпение. И оно уходит...
