Avoid this place at all costs. The worst service imaginable. We went to this location with a friend of mine to celebrate a special event, we ordered 3 dishes (by pointing at the pictures in the menu, as we are not fluent in either Romanian nor Russian, while the waiter insisted we speak English, and acted all pretentious with us). After 30min we got one of the dishes (mind you, pelmeni /vareniki aren't such a time consuming meal to prepare), anyway, without saying anything about the rest of the order, the waited could not care less. We waited another 30min, however no dish has arrived (guests who arrived after us were getting their orders, it seemed). After asking the waited about the reason for the delay he didn't bother apologizing or explaining, only said 10 minutes. We asked if we could talk to the manager, as we were not happy with his attitude and we also could not wait any longer. It turned out not only noone spoke any English (especially our waiter, even though he insisted on it), but they also didn't care at all about us being upset and o ly told us that "this is not Europe", which I cannot even imagine what it was supposed to mean, as clearly we are in Europe. Also, the waiter never placed the order for the third dish we asked for (I mean how difficult is it to get two servings of dumplings and a pancake) and again, he didn't even apologize. So in conclusion we wasted hour and half, only got one meal, so one of us didn't even eat at all and we left being shouted at. Horrendous place, worst kind...

My only regret is to see that this venue is moving away from the traditional style it used to be. I remember two years ago, this venue was abundant in Moldovan decor, embracing the local culture. Now, it seems like it is moving away to something more generic, Scandinavian style. It's still cozy, but it lost its...
