The service was horrendous. The staff is incompetent. After placing a simple order for two beers and no food the attitude changes from friendly to irritated. The menu had three choices for different sizes of beers. We order the small, Simple and easy. We even used hand gestures since they don’t speak English in a multicultural country. The brunette waitress with tattoos on her arm gave us bottles of beer which we drank. Paid our tab in cash and left only to be chased and stopped on the street. We got Screamed at that we shorted them. We returned to happily fix the situation, only to be yelled at in front of the customers as she aggressively slapped the menu on the table and we showed that they did not match the receipt order to their menu at all. It was a completely different beer. I told them we will pay the extra 5 euros that was owed. We got yelled at that we were wrong but then the lady clearly realized that they made a mistake after pointing out the menu item to receipt that showed it was their error, They defensively admitted that they made the mistake but still had major attitude about the payment owed which was not an issue to pay.

The point here is that this restaurant’s staff gets angry if you don’t order a full course meal with drinks and become incompetent when you show the order is wrong while pushing the blame on the paying customer. If they had any good owners they would realize that being in such a great location they would train their staff to act accordingly instead of immediately confronting the paying customer as if they are peasants while giving an attitude when they admit they are wrong. Final point, when the staff admits that the mistake is on them, don’t continue to show disrespect towards the paying customer. Be better get better and it’s ok to be wrong.
