My recent visit to Buddha Bar in Monte Carlo, Monaco, was an exquisite experience that left me and my group of five companions thoroughly satisfied. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted warmly and guided seamlessly through our dining adventure by the attentive and knowledgeable staff. Ambience: The ambiance at Buddha Bar is nothing short of mesmerizing. As we entered, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of sophistication and serenity. The elegant décor, with its intricate Asian-inspired accents and soothing lighting, set the stage for an unforgettable evening. Starters: Our culinary journey began with a delightful selection of starters that tantalized our taste buds. The Edamame was perfectly seasoned and served as a refreshing appetizer. The Rouleau Printemps Frit and Gyoza Poulet were crispy and flavorful, while the Calamars and Rock Shrimp provided a delightful seafood indulgence. The Sweet Miso and Wild Roll added a unique twist to our palate, leaving us craving for more. Mains: Moving on to the main course, we were presented with an array of delectable dishes that showcased the chef's expertise. The Maki California and Maki Salmon Avocado were fresh and vibrant, while the Sushi Shake and Maki Saumon Philadelphia were a true testament to the restaurant's commitment to quality. The Crispy Salmon and Rock Star dishes were cooked to perfection, and the Black Cod and Poulet 5 Parfums were bursting with flavor. Accompanied by sides of Puree a la Truffe, Riz Vapeur, and Nouille Saute, every bite was a culinary delight. Desserts: For dessert, we treated ourselves to the decadent delights of the Buddha Bar. The Cheese Cake was rich and creamy, providing the perfect balance of sweetness. Each bite was a heavenly indulgence that left us completely satisfied. Shisha Experience: After our sumptuous meal, we ventured to the outdoor area to enjoy some Shisha. The ambiance was relaxed and inviting, allowing us to unwind and savor the flavors of our chosen blends. The seamless transition from the dining area to the outdoor lounge was made possible by the exceptional service of the Buddha Bar team, who ensured that our every need was met with efficiency and grace. Overall, our visit to Buddha Bar in Monte Carlo was an unforgettable experience that exceeded all expectations. From the impeccable service to the exquisite cuisine, every aspect of our evening was flawless. I highly recommend Buddha Bar to anyone seeking a truly extraordinary dining experience in Monaco 🇲🇨

Ambience is eye catching right away. It gives me the vibes of Tao night club in Vegas with a big Buddh Statue. It is nicely decorated inside is spacious. I could give the place 6 stars if I could. It’s beautiful and is a great place to get together for drinking or just having that date with special someone. The food was ok to me. I got the modern California rolls which I thought was good. The shrimp with red Thai spicy curry was a but salty to me because it wasn’t served with rice, and drank the curry soup and it was salty. The shrimp would have been a little better if it wasn’t too breaking a part too much. Other than that, the taste was good, just a bit on the saly side. Got the Wok fried beef with Thai basil, along with some sesame noodles. Ok, noodles were cooked right, soft and not starchy, but my beef was just wayyyy to salty in my opinion. Dont get me wrong, the taste is good, if only the chef went easy on the salt then it would be perfect. Im a person that eats really salty food, my food has to be flavorful, and I can drink fish sauce.. but if I can’t even try to finish, then it was not made for my palate. Service was excellent. Food came out all together at once very quickly per our request. Music was played just right, not too loud. Overall, nice experience. I would come back again to try the rest of the menus.

This was a really difficult one: lets start with the food: 5 of 5 stars! awesome world cuisine, a firework of tastes and cultures - movies running through your head while you enjoy the different dishes - it easily compares with any star rated restaurant. Interior: 4 of 5 stars: impressing buddha style interior - although a bit static and coming to age: not much change from 10 or 15 years ago. Candles, Torches (simply real fire) and some opulent flowers would suit the place well. Finally Music - and now its getting tough: 1 out of 5 stars. The most commercial supermarket music (or teenage bar music) one can imagine. All night long. This is really sad - sad for the tremendous effort in the kitchen, said for the still nice interior. Yes -music IS important in buddha bars, keeping in mind buddha bar used to have its own music label, defining a new era of spiritual distinguished technoid sounds which shook up the global music scene. Certainly in Buddha Bar Monaco thisera of Buddha Bars genetics has completely gone forgotten and lost. A word to the owner: if you read this and get Buddha Bar back to its true musical roots (yes - certainly interpreted with newer tracks), let me know, i ll be back there.

The atmosphere is the biggest selling point! Service is good, food is good, but I think best for drinks to enjoy the space and then dinner elsewhere. Walking in, you’re immediately wowed by the lighting, decor, and lounge style seating. The staff are very friendly and helpful, greeting you and helping you get seated. I came in solo without a reservation and easily got a seat at the bar. Cocktails are very good but expensive (this is Monte Carlo after all). Definitely worth the splurge for a signature cocktail though, in my opinion. I ordered two appetizers - the calamari and the chicken gyoza with truffle sauce. The gyoza were delicious; perfectly thin wrappers and very flavorful. The sauce went with them beautifully. The calamari was average. A bit too chewy, and the sauce leaned a bit too acidic. This place is definitely worth a visit for the WOW factor and some great cocktails!

Divine sushi experience 😋 🍣 honestly the best sushi I've had (we ordered about 5 or 6 different types to share). The decor and atmosphere is nice. Great music with the DJ on Saturday night. Table staff cracked a few jokes which will make you want to run out the door, jokes equivalent of chucking a spinning blade inside you humour organs, but it's in good spirit. Drinks at the bar after the meal is bottle orders only, they said if we stayed at our dinner table we could have ordered normal drinks, which didn't make sense, hence the 4 stars. I would rather have a nice beer than be forced into a raging wine alcoholic to enable their bottom line. It's a typical Monaco style restaurant, so you have to appreciate Monaco to appreciate the environment. Fully recommended, try the sushi assortment which in the photos I've attached is the plate with 3 streams of sushi varieties 🍣 🍣 🍣

I've always loved listening to the chill out lounge sounds of Buddha bar so it is a fantastic treat to be there and enjoy the food as well. This is our 2nd time being in Buddha Bar MC. Just like the first time, it is awesome 👌 Before dinner, we had a pre-dinner drinks in the bar and enjoyed the sexy vibes and music. Once our seats were ready, we were led to a staircase to the 2nd floor which is the main restaurant. The food is a fusion of East cuisine. Therefore, it's all about sushi, Thai curries and noodles. The sushi is one of the best we've ever had out of Asia. It's so refined and very tasty. The curries are also spicy and delicious. Not to mention, we were served by such a friendly waitress. In Monaco, people can be a bit pretentious so it is nice that our server is warm and easy going. All in all, a great time was had. Love this place.
