Poor Wifi Experience at the End of the Month
I recently visited Cafe Bene and had a disappointing experience with their wifi service. Before placing my order, I specifically inquired about the functionality of their wifi, as I intended to work on my laptop. The cashier assured me that the wifi was working fine.
However, after receiving my drink and attempting to connect to the internet, I realized that there was no wifi available. When I approached the cashier again and expressed my concern, I was told that it was the end of the month and the data usage must have been exhausted.

I don’t understand in what way I acted rude, because I know I didn’t. I never showed that kind of behavior, and it was unfair to accuse me of it. This wasn’t the first unpleasant experience either. One time, I simply asked for some extra napkins, but the girl with long hair at the counter acted like she didn’t hear me and just walked away. I even saw her roll her eyes. I decided to ignore it then, thinking maybe she wasn’t feeling well, but now it feels like a pattern of arrogance and disrespect. Please train your employees to be polite, respectful, and professional with customers. Rolling eyes, ignoring requests, and calling customers names are not acceptable.
