Interesting street with a lot of bars and restaurants but very little people. I went with my two good friends on a weekend late afternoon and evening and the place was pretty empty and quiet.
Good concept, but without the crowds it isn't going to work unfortunately. Unless is gets busier with the good weather, perhaps?
We had some dumplings from a Japanese stall. Unfortunately the food tasted awful, not fresh at all and just reheated old food. pretty much tasteless We then had a few beers in a few places, which was fine - the Vibe bar had no cash which was a bit annoying, but my friend paid with his card - tut tut.....
After that we tried a few beers and a pizza in the New York Street bar and restaurant, it went down well, not the best food in the world but was alright......
Overall its a nice place to have a wander around and check out the different bars and restaurants, but it has little atmosphere, and feels like an empty...
