I’ve visited this place twice. The first visit was not very positive. The wait time for the food was long. The fried chicken was a bit soggy and the sauce was not very tasty. We wanted to add soup, but the staff said we couldn’t add that particular soup, though other soups were fine.
During our first visit, the staff were young, probably in their late teens or early 20s. They were sitting down and watching a CS GO livestream on the giant TV in the restaurant with the audio blasting loudly, which affected the atmosphere.
Food-wise, the portions are huge. The pork was tender, though the yang tang meat was quite tough.
On my second visit, the wait time was slightly shorter. We ordered the yang tang again, and this time the meat was much softer. Fortunately, there was no livestream being played and the overall atmosphere was much better.
Overall, it’s a decent place, with generous portions and some inconsistency in food...

For a place that claims to be professional, this was completely unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend Yuna to anyone. There are far better places in Ulaanbaatar that actually treat their customers...

Firstly, when we got their it took like 10 minutes for them to get our order, even though there were only a couple tables full aside from us. The waiter didn't clean our table even after multiple polite requests. The waiter laughed at us when we called him out on it, which was the last straw for us to leave. Not to mention how the paino there didn't work, what's even the point...
