Fish Carpaccio with Orange Vinaigrette Beautifully presented, but unfortunately the flavor balance wasn’t quite right. The delicate taste of the fish was overwhelmed by the intensity of the orange sauce and zest. A lighter touch would have allowed the freshness of the fish to shine through more clearly.

Main Course

Monkfish with Mediterranean Vegetables The monkfish was cooked perfectly – tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The only downside was that the dish was a bit too oily. A side of fresh bread would have not only complemented the meal nicely, but also helped balance the richness. Still, a delicious and satisfying main course overall.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, open, and friendly – absolutely top-notch. They struck the perfect balance between attentive and relaxed, offering knowledgeable recommendations and a warm attitude that made us feel completely at ease

My fiancé and I organized a goodbye brunch at Pino Del Mar, following our wedding at Talici Hill in Sutomore - and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We first reached out to the team via Instagram about four months ahead of the event. From the very beginning, communication was seamless and professional. They confirmed they could host our group of 30-40 people and reassured us that everything would be taken care of.

A few weeks before the brunch, we confirmed final details and submitted everyone’s breakfast orders the night before. When we arrived the next morning, an entire section of the restaurant had been beautifully reserved just for us. The service was exceptional - drinks were served first (coffee, cappuccinos, juices, etc.), and shortly after, they brought out all of the meals at once so everyone was served at the same time.

The food was delicious, the setting was beautiful, and the entire experience was flawless. We wholeheartedly recommend Pino Del Mar to anyone planning a group meal or special event. Half of our guests were from Canada, half from the Balkans - and 100% of them loved it.
