I recently had the pleasure of dining at Restaurant Premier , and I must say it was an extraordinary experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew I was in for a treat. The combination of impeccable service, an inviting ambiance, and, most importantly, the delectable food made this restaurant truly exceptional.
Let's start with the food. Every dish that graced our table was a work of art, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. Whether you're a seafood lover, a meat enthusiast, or a vegetarian, there is something here to satisfy every palate.
The attention to detail extended beyond the food itself. The waitstaff were knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive, ensuring that every need was met. They seamlessly guided us through the menu, providing insightful recommendations and accommodating any special requests.

It's clear that the restaurant takes the health and safety of its guests seriously, and this added an extra layer of reassurance to our dining experience. Read moreWe ate lunch at Premier with our group for three days. First time we made our order. A male waiter brought us so called "kuver", a local bread plate which we did not order, but there is a custom in Montenegro to bring this side dish to gullible tourists and charge for it. I told my friends about this because I am familiar with the local culture. We did not eat the bread and when we asked for the bill the waiter charged for the "kuver". I pointed out to the waiter that we did not order the bread. He told me in a snarky way that it is a "house rule", not his own. I still said to him that I'm not interested in that, and we did not order the beard. Then he answered arrogantly "do not worry, I'll pay for it". Then he added our multiple bills together and charged us. After the charging we checked and he did not erase the bread from the bill. We wanted to give them a second chance so we went there again. The second time the waiter checked that we did not want the bread and that was fine. The third time we ordered a big bottle of still water, as it is a habit in this culture he opened the bottle for us. When we tasted the water we noticed that it did not taste like spring water, instead it tasted just like local tap water (which tastes bad). Awful place which tries to cheat naive tourists. The third time was our last and we will not be...
Read moreMy wife and I ate here as we thought the views would be a great setting. The one star is for the views and not the restaurant. My wife ordered grilled chicken with a side tomato salad. It was bland and the fries tasted as if they had been re cooked in old oil. The 5.50 euro tomato salad consisted of 1 tomato sliced. The olive oil on the table was so sun damaged it had no colour and tasted old. She told the waiter that the meal was bland, and wasn't enjoying it when the waiter asked .He walked away and said 'enjoy'. She left most of the food but was told we had to pay as it was 'policy' as she had eaten some of the chicken only. Poor restaurant with terrible customer service from staff who only seem interested in taking your money and are happy to serve up embarrassingly expensive bland and unseasoned food., and...
