Pizza restaurant Kafana Kuzina — Restaurant in Sutomore

Incompetent waiter, when ordering I told my server 3 times exactly what I wanted and pointed to it on the menu 3 times to be 100% sure we wouldn’t have any issues however I was brought the wrong item and when I received it the waiter told me it was right and didn’t know what I was talking about. Ridiculous.

I had no option to return my item for the correct one because as the waiter said it was what I ordered. When I was paying the bill he did apologize repeatedly, why didn’t he fix the issue prior? What was the point of the apology? This was my worst experience at a Montenegrin restaurant after living here for over 3 years.

Food was great but service is really terrible experience. Waiters seems like they really hate You. We ordered lots of food and they Just dont care, lonng time waiting for food, after we finished, nobody came to clean the tablet ask for something else. We have to go pay to bar and, the worst in my opinion, their terminál did not work, so the waiter started to shout at mě cash cash! Never mind visiting again. How to ruin nice experience. Great food, friendly service – Recommended! We had a very positive experience here! The food was excellent and reasonably priced. We tried ćevapi in various styles and a mixed grill platter — everything was tasty and well-prepared.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Even those who didn’t speak fluent English made a genuine effort to communicate and ensure we were satisfied.
