I recently had the pleasure of dining at shwicool, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The service provided by the staff was truly top-notch, leaving a lasting impression on me.

From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming ambiance. The overall vibe of the restaurant was simply delightful, creating a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone. It's clear that the team at shwicool takes great pride in creating a memorable dining experience.

I want to especially commend our waitress, MERYEM, for her exceptional service. She was attentive, friendly, and always had a smile on her face. Her professionalism and dedication to her job were evident throughout our meal, making us feel well taken care of.

Have positive reviews been paid? Cause it's really not what it says! Went there once and food was bad and not tasty at all. Waste of money. Gave it another chance yesterday after a year thinking it might have improved... And it wasn'tthe case! Ordered a frappucino cookies and got a frappucino with strong coffee taste instead. Not what I asked for. When asked why it was strong coffee I was told its not coffee but cookies. Then my wife's spoon was dirty and had to be replaced. Hygiene is a big 0. The waiter (lady) was rolling eyes with neighbour table when they were asking "too many questions". I was shocked. When leaving, after paying, the lady gave me my card back without looking at me nor saying a word! No thanking nor a good evening! NOT A SINGLE WORD! Very unprofessional! I will never ever return to this place again! Extremely bad experience TWICE! So disappointed. Big no no! Not recommending! Stay away from that place. EXPENSIVE FOR NO REASON! SERIOUSLY OVERPRICED! Just a waste of money! Also when negative commenting they ate lying in their response. Check answer to a post where a lady says horrible mixed grill and the answer is they do not have mixed grill. Then scroll lower in the comments where someone says they had a wonderful mixed grill and the owner answers thank you... so do they have mixed grill or not? If not why thanking someone who took a mixed grill....

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best in Agadir, especially in the Adrar area. From the moment I walked in, everything was perfect — the atmosphere, the hospitality, and of course, the food.

The service was truly outstanding. The staff is warm, friendly, and professional. They go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome and comfortable. A special thank you to Rachid, waiter, who made impression even better with his kindness, great energy, and excellent recommendations. He truly represents what great Moroccan hospitality is all about!

As for the food — wow. Every dish I ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can really taste the quality and care put into each plate. Whether you’re a fan of traditional Moroccan cuisine or more modern dishes, there’s something here for everyone.
