Went for brunch with family high hopes because of the reviews and how nice the place looked but then it only went downhill. The waiter gave us 1 iPad for 4 so we had to get a qr code from another table to be able to all look at the menu and the music playing was a 2010's radio hits, not the best choice for such a refined looking establishment. After ordering and receiving our food, I noticed that my plate, the "Healthy", was completely cold. The toast (which was store-bought sliced bread), poached eggs and cooked vegetables were all cold to the touch. When I asked the waiter why it was cold as if it was just taken out of a fridge, he answered me "You can't say that when you weren't even in the kitchen" which is a truly rude response from a waiter even though I asked him politely. He then took my food and returned a few minutes later which was when I found out that they had just microwaved it. Now the eggs were completely hard and the avocado was warm. I ate my food but was even more disappointed by the overall lack of flavour and taste, there wasn't even enough salt. The pancakes were dense and tasted unlike any other pancakes I've ever had (not in a good way) and the so called "granola bowl" was simply a huge bowl of yoghurt with a few sprinkles of cereal, apple and avocado, served with a small plastic spoon. But I have to say that the presentation of the food was decent and the restaurant itself was nice. This was my brunch experience so maybe lunch and dinner are better but I don't plan...

Read moreEver tried a full English breakfast? The traditional meal is famously hearty and filling.
The full English breakfast is known around the world. This meal dates back to around 1300s, when the Anglo-Saxons believed that breakfast was the most important meal of the day. (Sound familiar?) Back then, only very wealthy families could afford to eat it. The full breakfast often appeared on the tables of country gentry, especially when guests or family were visiting. It’s still a grand tradition today!
Here are more charming English breakfast customs. What’s in a Full English Breakfast?
Also known as a “fry-up,” a full English breakfast includes an assortment of hearty, savory breakfast foods. Think eggs, bacon, sausages, beans, tomatoes and mushrooms. Other potential dishes include potatoes like hash browns or potato pancakes, corned beef hash and black pudding. On the side, expect buttered toast. Mugs of hot tea or coffee wash down the feast.

Also if we come for lunch don't give us a menu with all the items you don't serve but let them turn the menu to the options you have (only the back site).
Hope to see you one day so we can discuss some things which in my eyes can...
