A superb italian restaurant at the heart of the city with beautiful decor and very nice and friendly staff. I had a salad and pepperoni pizza, the salad was fresh with a delicious dressing, and the pizza bread was soft and nicely charred, and the sauce, cheese and toppings were tasty. Très petit restaurant enfumé par le four à pizza. On ne peut pas garder les yeux ouverts tellement ça pique. Des ventilateurs viennent brasser cet air en direction des visages des clients, encore extrêmement bien pensé. Nous avons pris des pizzas, la pâte est bien travaillée, mais ce sont des pizzas qui ne sortent jamais en France, le contour était carbonisé. La base tomate est vraiment pas terrible on la sent à peine, on nous sert sans couverts, pas d’huile pimentée proposée. Ne prenez surtout pas de smoothie, ce sont pas des vrais fruits, c’est une genre de mixture surgelée qu’ils mettent dans un mixeur qui envoie plus de 100dB dans la salle. J’aurais aimé dire le contraire mais ce restaurant est vraiment à fuir… j’avais mis de l’espoir en voyant leur compte insta. Mais tout ça n’est qu’artifice. Tous ceux qui mettent 5 étoiles sont des gens qui n’ont jamais fait un vrai restaurant italien...
