I recently had a very disappointing experience at your restaurant. When we ordered our food, the shawarma arrived cold, and the salad was not the one we had ordered. When we pointed this out to the waiter, he refused to correct the mistake, insisting that we had received what we ordered. My guests and I were very unhappy with how he handled the situation.
Thankfully, when we spoke to the manager, he was very understanding and responded quickly to our request, which encouraged us to stay and continue with our dinner. However, when we asked for the bill, the same waiter brought it over with a very rude attitude, which we found unacceptable.
We then asked for a higher-level manager, who was a Lebanese gentleman, hoping he would address the waiter’s behavior. Unfortunately, we were shocked by his response—he neither apologized nor attempted to resolve the situation and acted as though this poor service was normal. His lack of concern made it clear that customer service was not a priority.
I hope this feedback helps bring attention to the issues in your staff’s behavior, as it greatly impacted our dining experience. We expected a much higher standard of service, and it’s disappointing that some of your staff did not meet these expectations. I and others we decided that we will never re-visit this restaurant in the future, after all we are human who pays money to get a good meal with a excellent service , not to be forced into bad experience &...

The menu offers a rich selection of dishes, each crafted with the utmost attention to quality and authenticity. Every bite was a testament to the high standards maintained in their kitchen, with fresh ingredients and traditional flavors shining through.
The staff deserves special mention—they were not just attentive but genuinely friendly, making me feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer. Their knowledge and passion for the food they serve are evident, and they were more than happy to guide me through the menu, ensuring I made the best choices.
What truly stood out was the creative presentation of the dishes. Each plate was a visual treat, as pleasing to the eyes as it was to the palate. The attention to detail in both taste and presentation made this meal memorable.
In short, if you’re looking for high-quality Syrian or Lebanese food in Casablanca, paired with excellent service and an artistic touch, this restaurant is where you need to be. I can't...
Read moreA very decent experience. I expected better, but the reality is something else. The ratio of the price to what you will get from food, service, and atmosphere is not consistent at all. There is a contradiction between them, because you pay a lot to get something that you can get anywhere at a lower cost. The only thing that is somewhat acceptable is the acceptable shawarma, but the chicken or barbecue and so on are not good. I was with my family of 4 people. We only ate shawarma, but the initial order did not please us because the barbecue was not good, and the chicken was not tender, and the meat was not chewed either. That is, 5 dishes that we were not able to eat because they were not good. It is no longer acceptable shawarma. When I gave my feedback to the person in charge, I found him somewhat arrogant, and he did not respond in any way or be serious. He was not interested. The waiters were good and cooperative as much as they could. I do not recommend it for families because there are many things that are not good, and even the type of customers or visitors shows you a lot and does not suit families at all.It is not easy to find a place...
