I didn't stay at this apartment hotel but I like its creative design and efficient architecture to match the available space for construction.

I think it's a good idea for those who want to walk, do jogging 👟 or workout outdoor along and in front of the corniche very early in the morning or very late at night 🌃.

Also an apartment hotel is a kind of accommodation I like to stay in. It's not a question of the pricing. The experience and the added value I get from an apartment hotel is much more than a hotel.

I can cook 🍳🔪, make salads, arrange the furniture and lighting in a way that provides me with the necessary comfort and a suitable experience that I'm paying for.

For example I stayed in an apartment hotel in Fethiye Turkey. I was warmly welcomed by the manager who made sure that I feel like I'm home. She was empathetic and was checking on me like she was checking on a neighbour. This apartment hotel was using a very special type of scent that you can smell the first time you enter the room and it "transports" you to another sensory dimension. This made a very good first impression on me.

The place was surrounded by villas and houses. So you don't feel the "business" and boring style that many hotels have, even very expensive ones. I stayed in a a 4 stars Novotel in Istanbul with a gym, a pool and a very good breakfast but there's no comparison in terms of feelings and experience 💗 with a 3 stars apartment hotel that was not particularly fancy.

My arrival at the Atlantic View Aparthotel in Casablanca was under stressful circumstances; we arrived about 5 hours earlier than check-in time with all our luggage after a very long travel time of 13 hours!!

We booked this hotel a month ago through Agoda, based on the good reviews. When we arrived, we were shocked to find that the air conditioner in our apartment was not working. When we reported the issue, one of the managers told us that the technician wasn’t coming that day and suggested “just open the windows” — seriously?

The manager also told us that there was no solution, that all rooms were fully booked, and that nothing could be done. His attitude was very discouraging. Even when we insisted and they finally moved us to another room for one night, he clearly said:

“No matter what happens, even if the issue is not fixed, you cannot stay in this room — it’s booked for other guests.”

Because of the heat and the noise from the cars outside with open windows , we had no choice but to leave and book another hotel ourselves — with no compensation or any real help from the staff. Very...
